🚨 Disappointing Experience with Delhivery – A Prepaid Parcel Stuck for 10 Days I would like to share my recent experience with Delhivery, which has been extremely disappointing. As per the tracking details, my prepaid parcel has been showing as being in Faridabad, my own city, for the last 10 days. Despite the parcel being nearby, it has still not been delivered. What is even more frustrating is that: ❌ No proper delivery update ❌ No satisfactory response to emails ❌ Calls/customer support have not provided a resolution ❌ A prepaid shipment is unnecessarily being delayed for days If a parcel can remain in the destination city for 10 days without delivery or a clear explanation, it raises serious concerns about the reliability of the service. I hope Delhivery takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and last-mile delivery process. My personal request to fellow customers: Please consider carefully before choosing a courier service. Based on my current experience, I would prefer established alternatives such as Blue Dart, DTDC, etc., where I have generally found the service more dependable. Delhivery — Please look into this issue and provide a clear resolution instead of leaving customers waiting without proper communication.
