Misselling of Product by Ekart Express delivery executive providing wrong information about Open box delivery.nFlipkartnFlipkart Support Flipkart Seller HubnI ordered a fridge order id OD438733001885514100 and delivered 06 oct 2026. I received wrong model and different colour. I initially deny for providing OTP to delivery executive but he wrongly/intentionally misrepresented/concealed the facts to complete the delivery. He told me OTP is required for successful delivery and if there is any issue I need to raise return/replacement request separately. yesterday after receiving the fridge (Open Box Delivery) I immediately raised return/replacement request and also uploaded multiple photos of the product. After successfully verification from Flipkart team return/replacement request accepted. later at 9.30 pm executive came and captured photos of the product and after few minutes I got sms as pickup cancelled as it is not matched with some details. it's a clear mis selling of flipkart company.nAlready Lodged Consumer forum complain against Flipkart Flipkart Support. Also demanded compensation for mental harassment, wasting of my time, providing tension, mental stress and wrongly providing mis information for completing the delivery.ntoday also pickup executive didn't come and didn't captured product photos. However today it is showing out for pick up in status. he didn't discussed with me the reason and he cancelled pickup request. I called him multiple times today also. Ekart Express What kind of pick up executive you are hiring? He even didn't telling his name to me also.nYesterday he again told to raise return request for Smart pickup. Flipkart Support immediately raise request for Smart pickup and arrange pickup today.
