Unresolved refund delays and repeated delivery failures with Flipkart orders

Flipkart This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable!nnI placed two separate orders for a geyser on Flipkart, but neither was delivered. After repeated delivery delays and waiting for days, I had no option but to cancel both orders on 9 October 2026.nnDespite cancelling both orders, I am still waiting for my refunds. Whenever I contact customer support, I am given another date instead of a concrete resolution. I have also tried calling customer care multiple times, but the calls often fail to connect.nnI have already raised a complaint (Reference: FFPL48714), yet my issue remains unresolved.nnHow can a customer be expected to keep waiting for their own money after two failed deliveries?nnI demand:n• Immediate processing and confirmation of both refunds.n• A clear written explanation for the repeated delivery failures and refund delays.n• A callback from a responsible customer support representative who can resolve this matter instead of giving me another date.nnPlease stop giving me repeated assurances and take concrete action. I expect a proper response and resolution, not another generic reply.
