Pathetic service by Flipkart. You are unable to deliver my past two orders due to the exact same logistics issue.nnOrder ID: OD338590554226011100nnUntil a ticket is raised, zero updates are provided to customers. On top of that, you do not allow order cancellations, stating a policy that it can only be rejected if the delivery executive contacts us.nnIf an order isn't delivered for months, are customers expected to just wait indefinitely?nCancel my order and issue an immediate refund.
