Repeated delivery date postponements with no concrete resolution from Flipkart

Dear Flipkart Team, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Flipkart. The delivery date for my order keeps getting postponed repeatedly, and every time I reach out to customer support, I receive the same response: “Please wait until the updated delivery date.”nnHow many times is a customer expected to wait when the promised delivery date keeps changing? The issue is not just the delay itself, but the lack of a concrete resolution, accountability, or a reliable commitment from the team. Customers place orders trusting the delivery timelines communicated by Flipkart, and repeatedly changing those timelines without a satisfactory explanation is frustrating and unacceptable. Flipkart customers deserve more than repeated assurances to wait. We deserve transparency, accountability, and a genuine effort to resolve our concerns. I request the Flipkart team to look into this matter, investigate the repeated delivery delays, and provide a clear resolution with a confirmed delivery date. I hope this post reaches the concerned team and receives the attention it deserves.
