Flipkart complaint over TV allegedly delivered as uncertified AOSP device instead of advertised Smart Google TV

SHAMELESS ESCAPISM & CONSUMER HARASSMENT BY Flipkart Dear Kalyan Krishnamurthy Flipkart Leadership and FLIPKART SUPPORT I am compelled to publicly escalate the fraudulent practices and scripted denial of service by Flipkart regarding Order ID: OD338806525041078100. The Issue: Misleading Product: I ordered a TV clearly advertised as a 'Smart Google TV', but Flipkart delivered an uncertified, third-party Android Open Source Project (AOSP) device completely lacking certified Google services, official Google Assistant, and Google Play Store support. Technician Verification: The authorized technician visited my home on October 12, inspected the TV, and expressly acknowledged on-site that the delivered unit does not match the product listed on Flipkart. False Reasons on National Consumer Helpline (NCH): Instead of resolving this clear case of misleading advertisement, Flipkart responded on the National Consumer Helpline portal (Docket #10387306) stating: "delivery partner has confirmed delivery of the item with the product being intact. Hence, closing the complaint from our end." My dispute was NEVER about transit damage or broken goods. It is strictly about MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT & PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Closing a statutory complaint using irrelevant scripted templates is a direct violation of consumer rights. Following guidance from the National Consumer Helpline (1915), I am now proceeding with formal legal action before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission via the e-Daakhil portal for full refund, exemplary compensation for mental harassment, and legal litigation costs. If Flipkart has any accountability left, initiate an immediate return pickup and process my full refund of ₹16,655 without further delay.
