Flipkart - Unreachable Delivery Executive & Unhelpful Customer Support for October 9 Delivery

Shame on you, Flipkart ! 🤬 My experience with Flipkart has been absolutely pathetic. My order was supposed to be delivered on 9 October, and it was showing Out for Delivery, yet your delivery person was unreachable the entire day despite my repeated attempts to contact them. And your so-called customer support? A complete joke! They keep repeating the same scripted nonsense, offer no real solution, and even end chats without resolving the issue. No effective escalation, no proper accountability, and no access to someone who can actually solve the problem. What the hell is wrong with your service? You can take customers' money, make endless promises, and then leave them running in circles when something goes wrong. Your support system feels like a complete waste of time, designed to frustrate customers instead of helping them. Flipkart, stop hiding behind pathetic excuses and copy-paste responses. Have some shame, take responsibility, and resolve your customers' problems instead of treating them like fools. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'll make sure people know how Flipkart treats its customers.
