Flipkart repeatedly delayed prepaid writing pad delivery from 6 October to 9 October to 11 October with no delivery, first order experience disastrous

Good morning, everyone. I would like to share a truly frustrating experience with Flipkart so that you, too, can remain cautious while placing orders with them. On 5 October, I placed my very first order with Flipkart for a writing pad and paid the entire amount upfront. The delivery was promised for 6 October, but nothing arrived. Subsequently, I received a message assuring me that the delivery would be made on 9 October, yet once again, there was no delivery. Today, I have received another message postponing it to 11 October! Frankly, I have serious doubts whether the product will be delivered at all. Such repeated delays, coupled with broken promises and a complete lack of reliability, are absolutely unacceptable. I have rarely come across such a pathetic level of service, particularly when the customer has already paid the full amount in advance. What a disastrous first experience with Flipkart! This is not merely disappointing; it is infuriating. I would strongly advise everyone to exercise caution before placing orders with them. #frustrating #Flipkart
