Flipkart declined replacement/refund multiple times for damaged refrigerator order OD438780469391827100 despite evidence

My Recent Experience with FlipkartnI am sharing this to create awareness for fellow consumers. I recently purchased a refrigerator from Flipkart and unfortunately received a damaged product. I immediately raised a request for a replacement/refund and provided all the necessary details and evidence to Flipkart grievance. However, despite acknowledging that the product was damaged, the request was ultimately declined multiple times.nThe product was delivered under the Open Box Delivery process. While this system is intended to protect customers, it is not always practical to identify hidden defects in large appliances during delivery. As customers, we can inspect the visible condition of the product, but it is unreasonable to expect us to dismantle or turn a heavy appliance upside down to check for concealed damage. This experience has been disappointing, not only because of the defective product but also because of the lack of a satisfactory resolution despite genuine concerns being raised.nMy advice to consumers is to thoroughly inspect products before accepting delivery, especially high-value appliances.
