Flipkart app glitch delivered Instant Tea instead of Tea Masala, support closed chat

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart customer service and agent are so pathetic like your software that agent won't listen complete problem and ended chat and your software have glitch that two products of same company are there I added tea masala in cart and got ordered with instant tea .nThe customer service agent said that check before taking delivery but the delivery executive first take photo and showed delivered then handover the order to me how will I check and it's your policy only to take photo for delivery executive. @Flipkart @flipkartsupportnAnd when I tried to explain the whole situation to the agent he didn't listened to me and closed the chat without any reason and don't know waited for me to ay least type and tell complete situation i request to initiate a return and give refund @flipkartsupport @Flipkart
