Despite being promised delivery today, 12th October, I am still empty-handed.nnI visited the Ekart Dhankawdi Warehouse, Pune, TWICE today, only to be told that my phone is missing, despite the system showing it was received at the warehouse.nnHow does a high-value smartphone go missing under your watch? Who is accountable for this negligence?
