Flipkart order marked delivered with OTP, but MacBook Air reportedly not received during Big Billion Sale

[ Attention ] : How we got SCAMMED BY Flipkart during the BIG BILLION SALE ! My brother Mr. Abhishek Kumar placed an order on Flipkart on 08/10/2021 for Apple MacBook Air-M1 worth INR 82,890.00. This was a pre-paid order and was supposed to be delivered on 11/10/21 with OTP at our residence in Jamshedpur. However the product was never delivered to us. Flipkart App showed that the order was delivered with OTP at the registered address.We never received the product. When we started tracing the delivery the things started to get interesting. We were told by customer service to contact Flipkart's delivery hub. When we reached out to the Hub, we were told that the delivery was taken by my brother from the hub the same day of the expected delivery date. We demanded the CCTV footage of the same which was disrespectfully denied. After, 15 days regular followups we were informed that product was delivered at our residence which is not true and is contradicting. We have CCTV footages at our residence to prove the same as a proof. (NOTE : We have all the proofs of the communication with Flipkart including all call recordings.) Here is the time line of events as they occurred : 1. 08/10/2021 : Ordered Apple MacBook Air-M1 worth INR 82,890.00. Order Id - OD123052683893731000 & Ekart Logistics Id - FMPP0927377743. 2. 11/10 : Received an Update(Out for Delivery along with the OTP) on the registered mobile number from logistics team at 8:27a.m. 3. 11/10 : We received an update on app that item delivered with OTP but we never received the product. 4. 11/10 : Contacted the customer support & we were asked to contact Flipkart's delivery Hub in Jamshedpur. 5. 11/10 : After reaching out the respective local Ekart office on call, we were told that the product was collected by my brother from the hub in morning around 10 am on the same date of expected delivery, which is not true. 6. 12/10 : My brother visited the Hub, to address the issue & demanded to see the CCTV footage whe
