Flipkart rejected return of damaged furniture despite app showing 10 days return policy, technician said request should have been made within 24 hours

Flipkart is a fraudulent company. Never buy stuff from themnnI purchased tons of furniture from Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd but couple of damaged items were delivered. I requested for return within 3 days as the return policy on the app shows 10 days return for damaged products. A technician came to review the products and agreed the products are damaged but he said Flipkart will reject the return as the request was made after 3 days and that I should have made the request within 24 hours.
