Order is stuck with no status

I placed order OD338838875584629100 for Portonics inflator on October 9. The order was scheduled for delivery on 16 October 2026. The delivery has been delayed multiple times since then, with no status update on the app. When I contacted Flipkart customer support, I was told repeatedly to "wait for 24 hours." I have now followed this advice for 72 hours, with no resolution, no delivery and no cancellation. Support has also asked me to "refuse delivery," which is not possible because the order is not out for delivery and cannot be delivered. Timeline: - 9 Oct 2026: Order placed - 16 Oct 2026: Original delivery date, missed - 21 Oct 2026: Delivery postponed several times with no explanation - 24 Oct 2026: Contacted support, told to wait 24 hours (repeated for 72 hours) My payment is blocked, and I have received neither the product nor a refund. I consider this a deficiency in service and an unfair trade practice. Resolution sought: 1. Immediate cancellation of the order 2. Full refund of Rs. [amount] to my original payment method 3.
