Flipkart refused refund for Philips Garment Steamer not working to standards on day one, directed customer to service centre instead

Flipkart what a pathetic experience... with just ordered id OD338851285800256100nPhilips Garment Steamer... i ordered it as a gift for my sister..and it is not working according to the standards and not ironing the clothes properly... So what does flipkart do..it tells me no refund possible... why is that.. if the product is not working according to standards..why it can't be refunded.. may be I can buy a new product.. the product is not even one day old and u are telling me it will not be refunded... why would i visit a service centre and get it checked..when the product is not meeting my standards...that's the reason we buy offline after seeing and checking.. what a poor pathetic service and support.. #flipkart#worst experience evernKalyan Krishnamurthy kindly help !!!
