Extremely Disappointed with Flipkart's Pathetic Customer Service!nI am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the kind of service provided by Flipkart. This is absolutely unacceptable and a complete waste of a customer's time and trust!nI ordered a front-load washing machine from Flipkart, and when the delivery day finally arrived, I was expecting to receive my product. But guess what? The delivery person arrived at my doorstep, refused to deliver the washing machine to the first floor, and simply marked my order as CANCELLED!nSeriously, Flipkart? Is this how you treat your customers?nAfter placing an order and waiting for the delivery, how can you simply cancel it at the last moment because the delivery person refuses to bring the product to the first floor? If there are any delivery restrictions, why aren't customers clearly informed beforehand?nThis is not just poor service; it is a complete failure of customer experience and accountability.nCustomers spend their hard-earned money and trust your platform, but this is the kind of experience they receive in return. No proper resolution, no accountability, and an incredibly frustrating experience.nHonestly, this experience has made me question whether Flipkart deserves my trust anymore. I would strongly advise people to think twice before relying on Flipkart for large-appliance purchases.nFlipkart, customers deserve better!
