SpiceJet ticket sold via Yatra was a hidden group booking, so airline blocked free date change within 24 hours

Shocking and highly unprofessional experience with Yatra Online Ltd. Today, I booked a SpiceJet flight ticket through Yatra Online Ltd. under the 'Deal of the Day' section. Due to a system error, an incorrect travel date got selected. When I immediately reached out to SpiceJet customer care to get it modified under the 24-hour free window policy, they revealed a dark truth about Yatra's ticketing practices. I was informed by the airline that Yatra has sold me a hidden "Group Booking Ticket" created back in September, without my knowledge or consent. Because it is a blocked group seat, my individual passenger details have not been uploaded to the airline's system yet, completely blocking my legal right to use self-service modification or date change on the airline's website! To make matters worse: 1. Yatra's customer care helpline is continuously rejecting my calls, claiming my registered mobile number is "not registered." 2. Now, their helpline plays an automated message saying "calls cannot be accepted due to technical problems." This is a clear case of an Unfair Trade Practice—selling restricted group tickets to retail customers without disclosure and then shutting down all support channels. I have already lodged an official complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and received my Docket Number. I have all the time-stamped email proofs and screenshots secure. Yatra Online Ltd., I demand an immediate resolution to this. Either manually shift my booking to my intended date or process a full refund immediately.
