SpiceJet Mumbai to Bengaluru flight cancelled, refund passed between MakeMyTrip and airline, no resolution

My SpiceJet Mumbai–Bengaluru flight was cancelled due to SpiceJet's operational issues. The booking (flight booking ID NF7AOEUA11845227218) was made through MakeMyTrip. The customer needed to travel urgently. The customer asks why tickets are still being sold on Paytm and MakeMyTrip if SpiceJet has operational problems, and says they rebooked and faced the same situation. When the customer contacted support about the refund, the MakeMyTrip assistant said the refund would be processed according to the airline's policy and asked for the airline's written confirmation of the refund. The customer does not want another apology and asks SpiceJet, Paytm and MakeMyTrip to take accountability and give a proper resolution, without passing responsibility between platforms and the airline.
