SpiceJet flight cancelled with no notification and no refund help from support after booking via Paytm

I am writing this to highlight a deeply frustrating experience with Paytm travel and SpiceJet Limited Here is what happened: Flight Details: Pune to Delhi SpiceJet SG-601 Date: 27th Oct, 2026 PNR: ZL3L3R Timing :22:50pm Complete Lack of Communication: I received zero cancellation notification or SMS/Email from Paytm or SpiceJet. I only found out through other sources, and had to manually check and confirm the status. The Response: When raised with customer support, there has been no prompt assistance or clear resolution regarding the ticket status and refund. Requesting @Paytm and @SpiceJet Limited to look into this issue immediately, process the full refund without hassle, and fix these platform sync issues so other passengers don't face this harassment. #ConsumerRights #PaytmTravel #SpiceJet #CustomerExperience #TravelAviation #FlightCancellation #ConsumerProtection
