Amazon India - Prime Order Falsely Marked Delivered, Unreceived Package & Dismissive Customer Support

Extremely disappointed with the pathetic service from Amazon India. My Prime order was supposed to be delivered today, but instead it is falsely marked as Delivered while I have received nothing. What is worse is the rude and unprofessional response from customer support. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply said, We cannot do anything, wait till 17th May. Seriously? Is this how Prime customers are treated after paying for fast and reliable delivery? Your support team has no information about the delivery agent, the delivery agent does not care to respond, and the customer is left helpless despite paying for 1-day delivery service. If Amazon cannot fulfill guaranteed delivery timelines, then why offer them in the first place? Customers order urgently because they trust the promised delivery date. Completely unacceptable service, poor coordination, and zero accountability from Amazon India.
