Yatra bookings missing from "My Trips" since September and repeated support emails left unanswered

A disappointing customer experience with Yatra Online Ltd. – No access to flight bookings, no response from customer support. I booked my flight tickets through the Yatra app in September. However, the bookings are not reflecting anywhere in my account. The “My Trips” section simply displays “No Records Found". Initially, I assumed this might be a technical glitch. But what is even more disappointing is the complete lack of response from Yatra's customer support team. I have sent multiple emails explaining the issue, shared my booking details, and requested assistance. Yet, I haven't received a single response. As a customer, I believe the bare minimum one can expect from a travel booking platform is: - Access to confirmed booking details. - Reliable customer support. - A response to genuine complaints. - Accountability when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience with Yatra Online Ltd. has been quite the opposite. A technical glitch can happen with any platform. But ignoring repeated customer complaints is a completely different matter. Yatra Online Ltd., I would appreciate it if someone from your customer experience or grievance redressal team could look into this matter and provide a resolution. Customers should not have to resort to public platforms like LinkedIn just to get a response from a company. Requesting the attention of the concerned leadership teams at Yatra Online Ltd. and SpiceJet Limited.
