Unacceptable Delivery Delay by DTDC Express Limited, DTDC Support – Urgent Attention Required! I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by DTDC. I booked a shipment on 23rd October 2026, and it is still undelivered as of 28th October, despite the shipment being within Karnataka itself. Tracking Number: D3010210758 What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication from the customer care team. Every time I call, I am told that the shipment is being treated as a priority, but there is no concrete update or actual delivery. A simple intra-state delivery taking almost five days without a proper explanation is unacceptable. I request DTDC Express Limited management and the Karnataka operations team to intervene immediately, investigate the delay, and ensure delivery without any further excuses. Customers deserve timely deliveries, accountability, and transparent communication—not repeated assurances without action.
