DTDC Express Limited DTDC Support DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional service. I booked a consignment on 19th September from Bangalore to vashi (Navi Mumbai), a medicine (a life saving drug package which is released only after the current package reaches mumbai) supposed to be delivered on 21st september (express delivery) and revised delivery date was 22nd September 2026. As on 25th September 2026 the package is still not delivered and has been lying in the Bangalore office as per your tracking system. I do not understand how casual your helpline is regarding tracking the package. This is a critical medical situation if the medicines are not delivered on time a patient's life is at risk. After multiple escalation emails and follow-ups there has been no resolution. Your customer support is totally unhelpful and non responsive. #DTDCIndia #DTDC
