Shipment delayed by 6 days and customer support advised using competitor

My shipment with DTDC Express Limited was initially promised to be delivered within 3 days, but it has now been 9 days and I am still waiting for my cargo. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same standard response with absolutely no meaningful resolution or ownership of the issue. After repeatedly following up, the only "solution" I was eventually given was to take help from Porter, which is a competitor. It is unacceptable that a customer pays DTDC to deliver a shipment, and DTDC's own solution is to ask the customer to approach another delivery company.
