When I reached out to customer care, it was a complete waste of time: no accountability, no real answers, just generic responses that led nowhere.nnFor a company with DTDC Express Limited scale and reputation, this level of service is unacceptable. If you value your time, your shipment, and your sanity — look elsewhere. Bluedart Express Courier, Delhivery, and Ekart Express have all been far more reliable in my experience.nnWould not recommend DTDC to anyone who needs their package delivered on time or wants basic customer support that actually works.nAvoid at all costs.
