Yatra failed to tell me SpiceJet cancelled my flight, ignored all my messages, and hasn't refunded the booking

Yatra Online Ltd. Have had a disappointing experience on your website. My flight was cancelled from Spicejet and the same was not communicated from your side to me. I only got to know about this when I reached out to Spicejet team. I also have been reaching out to you via several platforms and have not received a single response from your side.
