The original pickup representative reportedly left the company, which was confirmed twice by another delivery representative who later visited to collect the same watch. There are also discrepancies in the customer's order history, which raise concerns about how Flipkart handles complaints and order records. The customer asks Flipkart's leadership or customer escalation team to investigate this specific order and provide a complete refund and a concrete resolution rather than generic assurances.
