🚨 Extremely Disappointing Experience with Flipkart – Delivery Delay and No Proper Support! I am still waiting for my laptop, even though the promised delivery date was 18th October 2026. The product had already reached my city on 14th October, but I have still not received it. The tracking status has repeatedly shown "Out for Delivery," and I have been unable to get a satisfactory response from customer care. This is completely unacceptable. Customers pay for products expecting timely delivery, not endless delays and a lack of accountability. Order ID: OD438854404736880100 I want Flipkart to take the following actions immediately: - Deliver my laptop without any further delay. - Provide a clear and confirmed delivery date. - Escalate this issue to the senior management and the appropriate grievance redressal team. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through Flipkart's official grievance redressal process and file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline for appropriate action under applicable consumer protection laws. If I had known that ordering through Flipkart would lead to this kind of experience, I would never have placed my order through your app. Flipkart, please stop giving customers repeated delivery promises and take responsibility for resolving this issue.
