Urgent: Flipkart Has Not Delivered My Product or Processed My Refund of ₹60,011 I am extremely disappointed with Flipkart's poor customer service and lack of accountability. I placed an order for a Xiaomi 75-inch TV (2026 Model) on 11 October 2026. An amount of ₹60,011 was deducted from my credit card, but the product has not been delivered, and my refund is still pending despite repeated follow-ups. I have also registered a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), Grievance No. 10502803, but the issue remains unresolved. It is unacceptable that a customer has to repeatedly follow up for a refund for a product that was never delivered.
