Advance payment taken for Instagram gift order, then no delivery and no response

🚨 PUBLIC WARNING — PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS PAGE! 🚨 I am sharing this page to raise awareness about my personal experience and to prevent others from potentially going through the same situation. I placed an order for gifts through this Instagram page, and the seller insisted on advance payment before accepting or processing the order. Since I trusted their business and their promises, I made the payment in advance. However, things became suspicious when they initially provided me with one account for payment and then gave me a different account number afterward. Despite making the payment as requested, I did not receive my order within the promised timeframe. When I contacted the seller to ask whether they had gone to collect my items and prepare my order, I was told that they had been caught up with some work and were unable to manage it at that time. I understood the explanation and followed up again the next day, expecting a proper update. Instead, my messages were seen and ignored, and for the last four to five days, I have essentially been ghosted by this seller. They have stopped responding to my messages, are not answering my calls, and have provided no proper explanation or satisfactory resolution. I have made advance payment in good faith, trusted their commitments, and given them opportunities to explain the situation. Unfortunately, I am now left without my order and without a proper response from the seller. I have never experienced anything like this previously. I understand that unexpected circumstances can sometimes delay an order, but ignoring a paying customer for days, leaving messages unanswered, and failing to provide a clear update or resolution is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have already filed a complaint with the relevant cybercrime fraud/scam authorities regarding this matter.
