Randstad accused of delayed response to workplace harassment complaint and alleged termination after reporting team lead

I would like to raise my serious concern regarding the lack of timely action and communication in response to the workplace harassment issue I have already shared publicly. Despite providing evidence of repeated calls and inappropriate behaviour by the Team Lead, I have not received any response from the Manager Santhosh Kumar Saudapu or HR Keerthi Vachanala regarding the resolution of my concerns. The client Rajiv Bhatt has also not responded to me. Why the team lead still continuing the job...?? Randstad #Randstad_Internal_committe I am still waiting for a clear update and meaningful action. I am concerned that repeated discussions and email communications are not leading to a timely resolution. I did not receive the support I expected when I raised my concerns. When our employees performance dips even slightly, they are repeatedly sent warning emails within a span of four days to a week, leading to their termination. Yet, when I lodged a complaint against team lead, why wasn't any action taken? It has been a long time; why is there a delay? Is this the way female employees are treated regarding workplace harassment? Randstad WHY Randstad management didnt even taken action TEAMLEAD ??MANAGER?? AND HR ?? #Randstad's leadership and NVIDIA to look into this matter seriously, ensure a fair and transparent investigation, review the handling of my complaint by the Manager and HR, and provide me with a clear explanation of the actions being taken. NVIDIA your vendor Randstad Has such a unfair toxic work environment.. why the clients are not responding??
