Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd Star Health Support @StarHealthIns pathetic experience where you are troubling and traumatising my FIL who is a retired senior citizen, by lingering on his claim for almost 2 months now. Claim number - CIR/2027/231215/0837481. Original itemised bills and hospital documents were submitted at Star Health Hauz Khas Delhi office on 21st Aug 2026 and yet no disposal yet.nnAttached is the receiving that we got from your Hauz Khas office. No movement on the claim and if we reach out to Star's grievance team on email they keep asking to send the original documents when those have already been submitted which shows how disconnected your support operations is.
