My late father’s hospitalization claim was rejected despite the treating doctor’s explanation. We followed Star Health’s grievance process and submitted the required evidence, yet the rejection remained unchanged. Claim No.: CIG/2027/171134/0816400 We have also filed a complaint with the Insurance Ombudsman seeking a fair review and accountability. A grieving family deserves answers—not repeated rejections.
