SBI Credit Card Blocked for Over 3 Months Despite Verification Calls

My sister herself was doing transaction in her sbi card. Card blocked twice. First time unblocked after verification call. Second time blocked again. She contacted customer care twice to unblock the card & answered all relevant questions.Despite raising two service request card has not been unblocked. Card remain blocked for more than 3 months. If it is not being unblocked asap, she would complain to RBI ombudsman seeking compensation for this undue harassment & prejudice @SBICard_Connect
