SBI Card keeps billing annual fee and late penalties, ₹4,424 due, for a card never delivered and returned on 12 Oct 2026

Extremely disappointed with Sbicredit Card SBI Card State Bank of India handling of my complaint. My credit card has still not been delivered, and courier tracking confirms that the parcel was RETURNED on 12 October 2026. Despite this, SBI Card continues to demand annual fees and late payment penalties. My latest statement dated 24 October 2026 shows ₹4,424 outstanding, despite my never having received or used the physical card. Even more concerning, my complaint was closed without proper resolution! I demand: Immediate reversal of all disputed charges and penalties. Extension of the payment due date until actual card delivery, without further penalties. Immediate re-dispatch through India Post or DTDC instead of Delhivery. Written confirmation of resolution and zero disputed dues. I request SBI Card Senior Management and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to take note and intervene. Customers should not be penalised for a service provider's failure to deliver!
