Driver Performance & Earnings Intelligence | Power BI + DAX + SQL + Excel I recently worked on a driver performance analytics project using a heavily unclean ride-hailing dataset containing 50,000 records and 33 columns from multiple platforms, including Uber and Rapido. The goal was to analyze driver performance specifically for Rapido, evaluate earnings and service quality, understand recruitment effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve driver operations through data-driven insights. 📊 Here's what the numbers reveal: -> 17,378 Total Drivers -> 49.5% Driver Activation Rate -> ₹1,445 Average Daily Earnings -> 3.8 / 5 Average Driver Rating -> 80.01% Average Trip Completion Rate What I built: 1. Executive Overview: Analyzed overall driver distribution, activation rates, earnings, ratings, and trip completion. 2. Earnings & Performance: Explored earnings across cities, vehicle types, experience levels, ratings, and preferred shifts. 3. Driver Quality: Analyzed customer complaints, compliments, driver ratings, cancellation rates, and trip completion patterns. 4. Recruitment & Onboarding: Evaluated applicant selection, interview scores, rejection reasons, document verification, and onboarding performance. Some interesting findings: 🔸 Only 49.5% of registered drivers are active, highlighting a potential driver engagement opportunity. 🔸 Hyderabad recorded the highest average daily earnings (₹1,492), while Jaipur recorded the lowest (₹1,404). 🔸 Customer compliments (7.21 lakh) were nearly twice the number of complaints (3.62 lakh). 🔸 The recruitment selection rate stands at 34.24%, with poor communication being the most frequently recorded rejection reason. What I learned: 🔹 Working with heavily dirty, real-world datasets. 🔹 Identifying and handling missing values and data inconsistencies. 🔹 Applying appropriate data-cleaning techniques to prepare data for analysis. 🔹 Building meaningful data models and organizing DAX measures. 🔹 Creating interactive dashboards and translating raw data into actionable business insights. What other KPIs or analyses would you add to this dashboard? #PowerBI #DataAnalytics #DataAnalyst #BusinessIntelligence #DataVisualization #DAX #DashboardDesign #HRAnalytics #DriverAnalytics Rapido +1
