🚨 **@Nykaa — HOW MANY TIMES WILL YOU DISAPPOINT YOUR CUSTOMERS?** 😡n This is the **FOURTH TIME** Nykaa has cancelled my order without my consent! 🤬n Yesterday evening, I placed an order expecting delivery within your promised **30-minute delivery window**. But guess what? My order didn’t arrive even the next day! After multiple follow-ups, instead of resolving the issue, you simply cancelled my order.nn**FOUR TIMES!** This is no longer a one-time mistake. It’s becoming a pattern. What is the point of promising 30-minute delivery if you can’t fulfil it? Making big promises to attract customers and then cancelling their orders without their consent is misleading, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable.
