🚨 JIO STAFF NEED TO REMEMBER ONE THING: CUSTOMERS ARE NOT BENEATH YOU. 🇮🇳 📶n My experience with Jio has been extremely frustrating. Repeated disconnections, unreliable internet and service that sometimes fails for days are unacceptable when customers are paying for connectivity. But what makes the experience even worse is dealing with representatives who seem dismissive of genuine complaints, or encountering people who defend the company instead of acknowledging that something is wrong. Jio customers are not asking for special treatment. They are asking for the service they paid for. No employee, representative or company member should act as though a loyal customer is beneath them. Customer loyalty is earned through reliability, respect and accountability, not arrogance. And when alternatives like Starlink enter the conversation, why should customers be discouraged from exploring them? Starlink must prove its affordability and reliability in India, but it deserves a fair opportunity to compete under the same legitimate rules. If Jio delivers excellent service, customers will have reasons to stay. If it doesn't, customers have every right to complain and consider alternatives. Being an Indian company does not put any business above criticism. Supporting Indian consumers means demanding better from every provider. Remember: customers keep businesses running. A company may have millions of subscribers, but every single customer deserves to be heard and treated with respect.nn🇮🇳 Respect the customer. Fix the network.
