This is regarding the Jio Fiber service request number SR00002OMV18 (Screenshot Attached) net wad disconnected since 3rd of Oct 26, complain was raised on 4th Oct, till date issue not resolved, receiving message with fake remark like door locked, did not get access to your premises, without visit OTP was asked to share in between I reached Customer support ****** multiple times, rescheduled multiple times but nobody also not able to help they suggest me to close this case and reopen another one.
