DTDC marked parcel as Delivered on 28-Oct though recipient never got it, and ignored complaints and POD requests

DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. DTDC Express Limited Fraud courier service....!!! DTDC team, My parcel (Tracking ID: D30104XXXXXX) was dispatched on 20-Oct-2026 but has still not been delivered to the receiver's correct address. Shockingly, on 28-Oct-2026, the tracking status was updated as "Delivered", despite the parcel not being received by the intended recipient. This is completely misleading and raises serious concerns about the authenticity of DTDC's delivery status. Despite submitting multiple complaints and sending follow-up emails, there has been no resolution or satisfactory response from DTDC. I also sent a formal complaint requesting an investigation and compensation to ******, but, as expected, no action has been taken so far. If DTDC claims that the parcel has been successfully delivered, I sincerely request you to share the Proof of Delivery (POD), including the recipient's details, delivery date, and signature or other delivery confirmation. Is there anyone from the DTDC team who can take ownership of this issue and provide a genuine resolution? Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and reliable service—not misleading delivery updates and unanswered complaints. DTDC, please investigate and resolve this issue immediately.
