Disappointed with the service from Bajaj General Insurance 1.I raised Ticket No. 26746952 more than a week ago for hypothecation cancellation and endorsement, but there has been no update on the status despite multiple follow-ups. 2. My insurance policy is expiring on 19 October 2026, and due to the pending hypothecation removal, I am unable to renew the policy through the Bajaj Allianz app or website. 3. To make matters worse, customer care is not contactable, leaving me with no way to get an update or resolution on this urgent issue. This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience and putting my policy renewal at risk.
