Cake order picked up by Zomato delivery partner and not delivered with support unable to resolve

Zomato another testimony of pathetic customer service, delivery partner has denied the deliveryafter picking up the order from resturant,look at hai odasity. I have ordered a cake for a friend the order was picked up from the store by delivery partner, he went in front of the society and moved out from there , I have not received any call from him, neither the delivery partner has picked up my call. I called up zomato support and they kind of begged him to deliver however he refused. What kind of fraud partner are being empanelled under the tag of Zomato. I got a call from support prior to this incident and they assured that the order will be delivered however it was not delivered eventually. And the easiest thing zomato can do is refund and sorry. Few orders are meant for a purpose and sentiments are attached to it, if you guys really do not understand the sentiments then you guys have stepped into wrong industry. And this is not the first time. If you cant become service oriented then better shut the business and do something else, do not play with sentiments of customers. #zomato#orderdenied#frauddeliverypartner#Patheticuatomerservice
