Fraud by Flipkart Extremely disappointed with @Flipkart! I ordered a Prestige Gas Stove on 8 Oct 2026 (Order ID: OD338829179740741100) with a promised delivery date of 17 Oct. As of 26 Oct, my order is STILL NOT SHIPPED! Flipkart executive asked me to cancel the order else you loose your money and order both. Even i sent multiples emails to Flipkart management Flipkart Support Despite taking payment via credit card, Flipkart has failed to honour its delivery commitment. Even worse, the chatbot suggests my order may be automatically cancelled due to the delay. Why should customers suffer for Flipkart’s own fulfilment failure? As a Flipkart Plus customer, I expect accountability—not repeated delays, vague updates, and uncertainty after payment. I demand: Immediate dispatch and delivery. A clear explanation for the delay. Written assurance that my order won’t be cancelled without a valid reason. If this remains unresolved, I will escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and the appropriate consumer authorities. Stop making false delivery commitments. Honour your promises and respect your customers!
