Defective fan supplied by Kenstar Vortex Max. Raise complain and the technicians visited the site and closed the call by saying it is defective and closed the call. But refund was not initiated, again raise the complain same thing repeated. Now as per the refund policy I couldn't be able to raise the issue. When connect to customer care they were also helpless and disconnect the call saying try after 24 hours. It is really frustrating.
