Ola Electric Scooter Battery Fault and Unresponsive Customer Support Unresolved

🚨 A WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH OLA ELECTRIC! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Ola Electric's battery performance and after-sales service. My Ola electric scooter repeatedly shows 1% battery and stops working after just 1–2 kilometres. Imagine buying an electric scooter and then being unable to rely on it for even a short journey! The most frustrating part is the company's customer support: ❌ Nobody answers my calls to the Ola customer support number. ❌ The service centre refuses to help, saying I must first obtain a complaint number from customer support. ❌ Customer support is unreachable, and the service centre refuses to proceed without a complaint number. So, who is responsible for helping the customer? Ola Electric, your customers should not have to run from one place to another just to get a faulty scooter repaired. What is the point of having customer support and service centres if neither provides a solution? I am publicly raising this issue because I have been left with no effective way to get my problem resolved. I demand the following: 1. Immediate registration of my complaint. 2. A proper inspection of the battery and related systems. 3. A permanent solution to the battery issue. 4. Accountability for the poor customer support experience. Ola Electric — Please stop making customers chase your support team. Take responsibility and resolve the issue!
