Paytm has not refunded a SpiceJet Leh-Delhi flight that SpiceJet cancelled twice, and the refund has been pending for over 70 days

Dear Paytm & SpiceJet Team, I am writing to raise an urgent complaint regarding the refund for my cancelled SpiceJet flight booked for Mr. Bipin Kumar and Mr. Satpal Singh. Please find the booking details below: Original Flight: SpiceJet SG-126 (Leh to Delhi) Travel Date: 19-Aug-2026 Original PNR: HHC3RN Rescheduled Flight: SG-122 Rescheduled Travel Date: 20-Aug-2026 The original flight was cancelled by SpiceJet, after which the passengers were rescheduled to SG-122 on 20-Aug-2026. Unfortunately, the rescheduled flight was also cancelled by SpiceJet. I immediately raised a refund request through Paytm. However, more than 70 days have now passed, and the refund is still pending. Paytm is informing me that they are waiting for confirmation/details from SpiceJet. This delay is extremely disappointing, especially since the flights were cancelled by the airline. I request Paytm and SpiceJet to coordinate internally and process my eligible refund immediately without any further delay. Kindly provide me with: Written confirmation of the current refund status. The refund/reference/communication number between Paytm and SpiceJet. A clear timeline for when the refund will be credited to my account. I request you to treat this matter as urgent and resolve the refund at the earliest.
