AppleCare cancellation allegedly refused; service request closed

Customer alleges they bought an iPhone 17 with AppleCare from Croma. On visiting the store within 30 days to cancel, staff allegedly refused to process it. Customer care allegedly closed SR: ****** without resolving, and Servify says the store must email them, which the store denies.

Personal details such as phone numbers, emails and ID or account numbers have been hidden (shown as ******) for privacy. Only the author, the company's approved representatives and Panchaayat staff can see them.
