Pathetic After-Sales Support and Unresolved Refrigerator Issues

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Croma. Order ID: SOA525370788294 – Croma refrigerator[span_0](start_span)[span_0](end_span). The product/service experience has been extremely frustrating, and the after-sales support has been absolutely pathetic. Despite following up, I have not received the kind of response or resolution a customer deserves after spending hard-earned money on a product[span_1](start_span)[span_1](end_span). This is a very disappointing experience from a brand like Croma. @cromaretail @cromaindia Please look into SOA525370788294 urgently and provide a proper resolution instead of making the customer repeatedly follow up[span_2](start_span)[span_2](end_span). Very poor customer service and a completely frustrating experience.
