You keep sharing SR numbers and asking me to check my email, but there is absolutely no clarification or resolution in the referenced SRXXX2882. Are you deliberately diverting the issue and wasting my time? First, you promise 24 hours, then 44-48 hours, then 72 hours. Next, you claim the issue requires more time due to its nature, only to close tickets by labelling them as duplicates. Is this your idea of grievance redressal? For four months, I have been raising a serious complaint regarding alleged sales representative misconduct and harassment, yet you continue to circulate reference numbers without providing a substantive resolution. Do you have any accountability, professionalism, or common sense? Stop sending empty assurances and irrelevant ticket references. Provide the actual written clarification, a proper investigation report, and a concrete resolution. I demand accountability, not excuses. Stop wasting my time!
