Flight cancelled by SpiceJet with reschedule tools showing errors and no support response

I don’t believe I am going to do this here but what is this behaviour SpiceJet Limited I booked a ticket for my sister in November from Darbhanga to Delhi and today in the morning they decided to cancel it. I thought okay no worries, I can get it rescheduled. But guess what? All the customer related tab in their website including the reschedule assist shows ‘503 Temporary Error’!! I am trying to call them since morning but all I get in 15 mins of hold and then automatically cutting the call. No response on mail as well! Honestly at this point I think it was my fault to even book with them!
